Aurora, one of the prominent names of Norwegian alternative music, met with her fans in Istanbul on the KüçükÇiftlik Park stage after a 6-year break.
The night was opened by the young talent Amelia, followed by Aleyna Tilki on stage.
Aurora then took the stage and began the concert with "Goddess of Dusk." She then performed her favorite songs, including "Runaway" and "The Seed," one after the other.
Aurora said in her speech on stage, "I'm sorry we've been apart for so long. I know so many people have been waiting for me to return to your wonderful country. And finally, this moment has come... A wonderful night awaits us."
"I KNOW MANY TURKISH SONGS"After these words, the artist thanked me in Turkish, saying, "Turkish is a beautiful language, and I love it. I know many Turkish songs. Some may be old to you, but they're brand new to me. For example, I love 'Gurbet' by Özdemir Erdoğan. There are many Turkish songs that give me goosebumps. 'Kadınım' (My Woman) by Tanju Okan is one of them. Even though I don't fully understand the lyrics, I can feel how sad it is."
"FREEDOM FOR PALESTINE"The artist also delivered a message about Palestine , where Israel has massacred thousands of people and committed genocide, calling for "freedom for Palestine." Thousands of people at the concert supported Aurora with applause.
Aurora ended the night with the song “Running with the Wolves.”
